Welcome to the new Jump Send! 

We hope you love it as much as we do. :)

So let’s talk about what’s changed in your account...remember that drop down menu you had to access your account? Well, that's gone!

You can now navigate to your My Account section by simply clicking on the icon at the top-right hand corner of your Jump Send homepage:

On the page that opens, you will have all of your account information at your fingertips and you will be able to edit it as needed. You can do all kinds of things, like changing your email and password:

If you scroll down the page, you will see your Trophy section where you can see and earn Badges to increase your deal limit:


You will also see the option choose which Notifications you receive by email (as seen above ^^)
