How Do I Adjust My Promotion? What if it's been archived?

Great question.  You will want to adjust your promotion for one of two reasons:  
1) You want to edit something in a current promotion
2) You want to re-list a product you have already listed (and it may be archived).
If you want to edit a promotion that is currently running, please follow these directions:
  • Sign into your Jump Send sellers account
  • Go into your "My Products" page 
  • Click on the grey "Edit Product" button next to the product name
  • From there you'll be able to refresh the product information (such as picture and price on amazon), change the start and end date of your promotion, change your support email, edit your coupon codes and/or edit your notes to shoppers.  
  • Click "Update" at the bottom of the page, and your newly adjusted product will be good to go (just double check to make sure it is published/active).

If you want to re-list a product you have already listed, please follow these directions:

  • Sign into your Jump Send sellers account
  • Go into your "My Products" page
  • Click on the grey "Edit product" button next to the product name
  • From here you can completely refresh the ASIN by clicking the refresh icon to the right of the ASIN, put in a new price after promotion, edit your dates for this product to make sure it is active and current, enter in your new coupon codes, and/or write any new notes you wish to give to your new shoppers.  
  • Click "Update" at the bottom of the page and your product will be live again!

If you want to  re-list a product you have already listed and it's been archived, please follow these directions:

  • Sign into your Jump Send sellers account
  • Click on 'My Account' at the top right-hand corner of your Jump Send dashboard
  • From the drop-down tab, click on "Edit Profile" > "My Archived Products".  

3) From here you should see a list of all your archived products; click on the blue 'Reactivate' button:

4) This will bring you to your product's detail page, and a 'Product Reactivated Successfully' message should appear at the top right-hand side of the page.

Once your product, you should be able to re-list your product by following these directions:

  • Go to your "My Products" page
  • Click on the grey "Edit product" button next to the product name
  • From here you can completely refresh the ASIN by clicking the refresh icon to the right of the ASIN, put in a new price after promotion, edit your dates for this product to make sure it is active and current, enter in your new coupon codes, and/or write any new notes you wish to give to your new customers.  
  • Click "Update" at the bottom of the page and your product will be live again!
